              Please read the following statement below regarding It Store India’s terms and conditions of our Web site and related sales.

 The following are the Terms and Conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions”) applicable to sales of products (“Products”) by It Store India. or any and all use of the www.itstoreindia.com website by the website user or buyer (“You” or “Customer”). These terms shall apply in the absence of a written contract between you and It Store India signed by both parties, covering the sale of It Store India Products and the support thereof. In no event shall any conflicting or additional terms set forth in Customer’s purchase order (or  any other document provided by Customer) apply to It Store India’s sale of Products to Customer.


It Store India reserves the right, at its discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective ten (10) days after they are first posted to the It Store India Site. Please check these terms for changes. Your continued use of the It Store India Site following the posting of changes to these terms means you will accept those changes.

# It Store India Content: Customer acknowledges and agrees that all information and materials contained in the It Store India Site are Seller’s exclusive property or the property of its licensors (the “It Store India Content”). Except as permitted in this Section 1 below, no It Store India Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Customer may use and download It Store India Content in connection with Customer’s use of the It Store India Site to evaluate and purchase Products. In all circumstances, however, Customer agrees to: (i) keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices, (ii) make no modifications to the It Store India Content, and (iii) not download quantities of It Store India Content to a database server, or other computer that can be used to avoid future use of and/or downloads from the It Store India Site.

# Pricing: Retail prices for Products are available on the It Store India Site. Customers may request a quote for volume orders of 5 or more units (“Volume Orders”). If a quote is issued by It Store India, pricing is valid for 3 days unless otherwise noted, and does not include shipping. Prices are for minimum order quantities as stated. Prices are FOB Delhi, INDIA, unless stated otherwise.

 #Payment Terms:  For 100 % Secure Transactions It Store India accepts only Direct Bank Transfer . It Store India requires payment prior to shipment, unless credit terms have been expressly granted. In the event It Store India grants credit terms, payment shall be due upon delivery (unless otherwise agreed to in writing by It Store India). Any sum not paid by Customer when due shall bear interest until paid at a rate of 4.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less. If It Store India brings an action for breach of these Terms and Conditions, including any action to enforce its right to payment, Customer shall be liable for It Store India’s reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with such action.

# Shipping: It Store India ships to almost all parts of India. Orders placed after 12:00PM IST on any day is processed next day. We ship 6 days a week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays.

Standard Shipping (3-10 days): This is the lowest shipping method and reaches almost all designations in 10 days maximum. A delivery to metros reaches as fast as 2-3 days approximately. If it is not a standard location then extra delivery charges will be applied. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.

Note: If you require any assistance in understanding our Shipping policy please do not hesitate to ask our customer care numbers.

Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.

• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

• If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us on our customer care number or mail us at info at itstoreindia dot com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

• We may not able to ship the products to certain parts of West Bengal, North East and J&K. Please contact customer service before you order.

Tracking Packages : If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by clicking our deliver partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package.

If you’re not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders in My Account.

Non Availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt 2 times before an item is returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up your delivery process.

Proof on Delivery: For some delivery locations & for some high value products, Our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us if you have any questions.

Collection of Information : For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server doesn’t automatically recognize the information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user-specific information on what pages consumer’s access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, payment information (e.g., contact number and billing address).

Information Usage : The information collected from the consumer is used to notify consumers about updates made in our Web site, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Website, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets or other corporate change respecting the Website and used for fulfillment of order that was placed on our website.

Opt-Out Policy: If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at [email protected] or updating preferences in your account area. If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by email.

# Force Majeure: Delay in performance or non-performance of any obligation contained herein shall be excused to the extent such failure or non-performance is caused by Force Majeure. For purposes of this Agreement, “Force Majeure” shall mean any cause preventing performance of an obligation under this Agreement (except for the payment of money) which is beyond the reasonable control of either party here to, and which by the exercise of reasonable and customary due diligence, could not have been avoided or overcome, including without limitation, fire, flood, sabotage, shipwreck, embargo, explosion, labor trouble, accident, riot, acts of governmental authority (including, without limitation, acts, tariffs, duties or other obligations imposed based on laws or regulations now in existence as well as those enacted in the future), acts of God, and delays or failure in obtaining components from suppliers, raw materials or transportation.

# Backorder Policy:Products marked “Out of Stock” or “Expected” on the It Store India Site can still be ordered.  In the event that an item ordered is out of stock, It Store India will notify Customer and provide updates as necessary. Availability of out-of-stock items is dependent upon the manufacturer. It Store India will not split orders unless the Customer requests a split shipment and provides payment for each shipment.

# Warranty & Returns Policy : If you wish to return a component or a system for refund, exchange, or repair, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call our support department  or submit a request online either through your account or on [email protected]

Return for Refund : Subject to the exceptions and fees below, Customer may return Products for its convenience for a refund within 10 days of the ship date. All Components are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Except in the event of a shipping error, Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to It Store India. The following Products and Fees are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products that have been defaced, modified, or physically damaged.
  • Products that have become non-functional due to user error or virus.
  • Products that have the warranty label/mark or serial number removed or altered by Customer.
  • Products returned without original retail packaging, or accessories (manual, CDs, cables, etc.)
  • Software, including Software in Systems.
  • Expedited Assembly & Validation Fees.
  • Special Orders, Systems Volume Orders (5+ units) and Component Volume Orders (10+).

Repairs & Exchanges (Warranty Information) : Components, Spares sold by It Store India with either a30-day, 90-day, 1-year, 2-year, 3-year or 4-year limited warranty, depending on the product purchased. . Customers can either return the product directly to It Store India or, depending upon the item, return the product to the manufacturer directly. For single components, we recommend returning a non-functioning item directly to the manufacturer. This can reduce transit time and speed up the delivery of your replacement item. After 30 days from ship date, It Store India will return components to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

 The warranty will be void if there is evidence of damage, misuse, or modification by the customer.

When items returned for repair are found to be working, or when the warranty has been voided, the cost of shipping back to the customer will be charged to the customer.
